BREAKING 🚨 People in the oil Industry are telling me that with a floor price being set in the fraudulent “carbon credit market” and the elimination of all of the loopholes in the larcenous carbon credit system Mark Carney bragging about a 600% increase in the Industrial Carbon Tax looks closer to the truth than any of the spin coming from the Premier’s Office and Alberta Energy. As to the so called elimination of the “Production Cap” the requirement for any oil sands expansion requiring “decarbonization” by the producer being forced to pay into “carbon capture and storage”. Any multi billion dollar investment in development must be offset by a multi billion dollar “investment” / blackmail payment in the form of “carbon capture and storage” . @ABDanielleSmith was completely outwitted by Carney/Brookfield and sold out Alberta contrary to the expressed direction of her own UCP Membership at UCP AGM 2025. She is not fit to lead.

Premier Smith of Alberta just signed an agreement with the feds to increase the carbon tax on Alberta oil from $95 to $130 a ton. Not sure whose side she is on at this point.

BREAKING NEWS - Premier Smith had no mandate from her membership to sign the Carbon Tax MOU with Mark Carney. She deliberately and knowingly ignored the clear and unequivocal direction of her party members expressed by resolution at UCP AGM 2025 to resist ALL federal encroachment by way of emissions reductions regulations or legislation. An industrial carbon tax agreement permissive of these pernicious and extortionate encroachments on Alberta Sovereignty violates the trust of the UCP Membership. Danielle Smith no longer enjoys the confidence of the members of the UCP.
