Thousands of cyclists, e-bike and e-scooter riders are breaking the rules and yet no one is being held accountable. The law simply hasn’t kept pace. If we want safer roads, we need proper regulation, identification and enforcement. Please read my views in this article. #cycling

Do we need to put registration plates on bikes? Police figures show hundreds of cyclists have triggered speed cameras; however, officers are reportedly powerless to give out speeding tickets as bikes have no identifiable markings. Would enforcing number plates help?
