He was the worst President in history. And when he got voted out, he tried to stage a coup. Then he stole national secrets and sold the ones he didn't store in the bathroom. He was convicted of fraud, found liable of sexual assault and convicted of 34 felonies. He is half a billion dollars in debt, owned by God only knows who, and the biggest national security risk the nation has ever had. But at least he's not a Black woman.

And that’s regardless of the outcome. I still believe she will win. But jfc.

If Trump wins, there will be efforts to blame Russian interference or the Harris campaign or Biden, etc. That's all fair. But we need to be clear eyed that a huge swath of America likes what Trump is selling. Transphobia. Mass deportation. That's what he ran on. And here we are.

I say fish sauce because it’s ubiquitous, other countries use them too and have a different name for it. Just like with soy sauce. If I’m talking about to a Filipino then I’ll likely use toyo and patis. Granted, my brain will probably automatically translate it if I’m talking in English.

I never say fish sauce. I say patis. Even to foreign friends. If they can say gochujang, sambal, and hoisin, they might as well learn to say patis. They can and will learn to honor the magic that is patis with sili and calamansi. And yes, they should learn to say calamansi, too.

His supporters didn't vote for him to make their lives better. They voted for him to make life a living hell for those they hate. That's why this election remains close.
