@Mitchelltots @Narkoleptical I liked sinners a lot and gave it a 8/10 but it getting 10+ noms and being called an all time horror film I wasn’t happy same with weapons. Also OBAA I really like it but 13 Oscar noms etc? I feel like the academy since 2020ish picks 5 films to give 10+ nominations each

@Narkoleptical We have a sever lack of great movies nowadays. It’s really jarring, it’s reached tge point where a lot of movies get elevated to a level they are not. Much like movies like weapons were last year, “good” and “okay” but for some reason being called “great” or a “classic”

after watching this movie i can say that although it is not bad movie like majority of modern horror ones are, it isn't some breathtaking experience either and thus i really can't understand this massive glaze at all
