@FlySWISS My issue still isn’t resolved and has now included a 6th person that I have spoken to. The last person I spoke with took my credit card information and told me that I would get a flight confirmation in 30 mins. That was 5 hours ago.

@FlySWISS Your customer service is awful. I’ve spoke to 5 different people to solve a simple flight change procedure. It really shouldn’t be this way. And one of your employees failed to inform me of the change fee after she told me the flight was changed.

@WellsFargo I see things haven’t changed for the better. I tried to do a small wire and I get a message telling me I need to talk to a banker. When I call I’m told I need to talk to fraud dept who proceed to ask if I had a death in the family and then disconnects.

Flight on @tapairportugal from Valencia was delayed almost 2.5 hours without an explanation. Missed by connecting flight to Dubai on @emirates and have been on hold over an hour to speak to someone.

@AmericanAir Pls do better. 4-hour flight delay causing me to miss my connection. Gave me voucher to a hotel that doesn’t have any rooms after I took Uber there. Called customer service and was on hold for 2 hours. Hung up on after requesting supervisor. It’s now 2am in Dallas.
