@BProbes @British_Airways My son is one of the children stranded with this group- we should not have to hear them crying at the end of the phone! They can’t spend another night on the floor- I find it hard to believe there is no alternative!!! I totally understand safety comes first but….

@British_Airways so you have about 40 kids (some with conditions no doubt) stuck at Munich airport for last 24 hours and no mention of putting them in a hotel last night or tonight (yet the crew did). Absolute disgrace and joke of a national airline! #BA953

@Butlins @ElizabethEMcG We can not get even one show booked!! Booking opened earlier than told & no spaces! To be told that some families would have booked for more than more performance of the same show!!! How can it be Christmas fantasy weekend without a panto!! Shocking!! So angry!
