@TheSnapper1978 It was this time tel years ago but the red mark is where I had the woodpeckers. Got the other two more easily on route to it.

Another theme park day, this time at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Dave as well as us parents in our element. A few more Florida specialities seen including Wood Stork,Roseate Spoonbills, & White Ibises. Also nice to see Belted Kingfisher and the tamest Grey Catbirds I have ever seen.

@TheSnapper1978 The nesting trees for the woodpeckers are marked with white marks, although some will be old. They are noisy birds though. I remember crossing power lines and seeing them soon after. It was a good walk from the car park though. Good luck and enjoy Disney as well. It’s all ace 👍

@TheSnapper1978 Got those 3 targets at Hal Scott. Look for recent e bird sightings for the woodpeckers. It’s a big place. Got scrub jay on Merritt Island.

@kevjsmith3 Thanks Kevin. It's mainly the area around the river mouth. Check the Ebird hotspot location. Lots of water and flooded fields at the moment. It's a brilliant area.

There are loads of migrants piling through southern Türkiye at the moment. Some highlights from Manavgat over the past couple of days include Cretzschmar's Bunting, Eastern Bonelli's Warbler, Rüppell's Warbler, and Woodchat Shrike.

@TheSnapper1978 Not on that trip, but I didn’t make an effort to see them as I’ve seen them before. I remember seeing them years ago at Caracara site near Kissimmee. Anything else you are after?

Some great birds along north Wales coast this am. Lesser yellowlegs, black redstart, eider, red and black throated diver and purple sands being the highlights. Good to see ⁦@WJRoberts1951⁩ as well. ⁦@OneOClockGun⁩
