I have had no internet since 21/2, that’s 12 days! I keep calling, messaging, I’ve had an engineer out, and still nothing? This is beyond a joke! When am I within my rights to cancel my contract and find a new supplier who can give me what I’m paying for?! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam How can my neighbours sky broadband be working fine if it’s a local outage though? When is this going to be resolved? My husband and I are homeworkers and no working broadband makes this impossible?

Thank you for confirming, with iit returning a local outage it would mean the issue that's impacting you broadband hasnt yet been resolved, I appreciate your issue having been ongoing for 4 days really isn't a great experience. When there's an issue in your area the automated system would recognise the issue impacting your service and as the team are unable to take action on this sort of issue it would usually advise on this being worked on and resolved ASAP, depending on the issue or work required it may take a little longer but the team will be working to get things sorted ASAP. 4 days with no internet! Twice I’ve rung to speak to someone & all I get is an automated message saying there’s an outage in my local area and then it hangs up? Yet my neighbour is with sky broadband and his is working fine? I need internet for work! 😩@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK

@TUIUK you cancelled my holiday 1/6/22 & said that I would receive a full refund within 14 days. It is day 22 and still nothing, I have called you 3 times, on the last call was told my reservation wasn’t even showing as cancelled? Im owed nearly £3k! Please sort this urgently 🙏🏻
