Well maybe blacks should stop stealing... Then people won't have the need to follow you around to make sure that you are not stealing from them. It's a culture problem.
In South Africa, black kids are taught to steal and be Tsotsi's from a VERY young age. Like, toddler age.

In 1950 europe had 550 million people and africa had 230 million. europe was more than double. by 2100 africa is projected to hit 3.8 billion while europe drops to 590 million. africa will have 6 times more people than europe. that will not end up well.
