@amazonIN @AmazonHelp How do you justify prime shopping membership? I have two orders, 1 for a refund pickup and the other a delivery item both are delayed for 3+ days? Being a prime member i need a better service, why would I opt for such service if things are bad than regular?

@airtelindia And then request the customer representative to cancel the appointment and initiate refund for it. And I haven't heard back from Airtel since then. There is no response over the email as well. i have also shared the transaction details from my bank.
