@gary_kelly #southwestairline staff behavior at the worst at LAX for Vegas flight 21:30 today. First delaying the flight and then bringing it back on time. Missed the flight and was told “you should be in the Airport “. Shameful

@gary_kelly sad to see Southwest staff behavior at LAX after rescheduling a delayed Vegas flight. First informing delay and then bringing it back to original time, making us more miss the flight. After that blaming us for not being in the airport to hear announcements. Bye
