Over 50 paid a full ticket price to learn about Bitcoin— understand its value to modern society and potential national relevance. NGL. It was not easy to fill a room targeting the boomer generation— the most skeptical group of all. Many often would say, “Bitcoin is not for me, let the young deal with it.” 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. This is the demographic with the most to lose— having built decades of wealth. Many are retired, yes— but they still sit on boards, influence and shape policies. So, the first group I want to thank is you— the guests. Thank you for your trust and coming with an open mind. 🧠 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿: 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳— 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹. And while our vision may be ambitious — for Malaysia to be home to the largest population of long term Bitcoin holders 🇲🇾— it can never be forced. The 21 Rules of Bitcoin states you must benefit yourself first. This will lead to more interest to #StudyBitcoin. Conviction will come naturally after. Only then will corporations, state agencies and a possible National Bitcoin Reserve emerge. Our job is just to help this process faster. ⏩
