Tomorrow everything will be handed over to @CBIHeadquarters and DG ACB in Mumbai. If CM @Dev_Fadnavis gives appointment then will meet him also and submit all evidence against their minister. Will try for @maha_governor also. Want to see how serious is the government in tackling corruption or it’s just big talk and nothing else.

Never thought that atrocity case would be filed against me by the same community for whom I raised the voice in Parliament. I don’t blame them but I blame the @CSNCityPolice for filing this bogus case under pressure from a corrupt minister.! Can the @DGPMaharashtra and @Dev_Fadnavis @Devendra_Office let me know whether the FIR under atrocity is justified as per law or is it just political pressure which compelled the @CSNCityPolice to file this case. (request all law abiding citizens to retweet this so that Maharashtra police is forced to give the reply)

Today Beed Police has added sections of UAPA against the accused of Ardhmasla Masjid blast case @asadowaisi @imtiaz_jaleel

As per the instructions of @asadowaisi Sahab n @imtiaz_jaleel Sahab i visited village Ardhmasla n met with the people’s of both communities ,inspected d blast affected mosque and also demanded to police 4 applying d charges under UAPA agnst acsd persons.

In Beed Maharashtra, on 29th March, 2:30 AM a masjid was targeted in a blast by Vijay Gavhane and Shriram Sagde. Vijay had even posted a video of himself with gelatine sticks. It’s clear that he’s confident of being treated as a hero. The masjid suffered grave damage and the attack has shaken the Muslims of the village. Our AIMIM team consisting of Shafique Bhau and Adv Khizer Patel reached the spot and helped in getting an FIR registered. 1. @Dev_Fadnavis, why were only weak sections of BNS and IEA applied and not UAPA? Are they not terrorists? 2. Will these accused get bulldozer justice? Will they be made to pay compensation for rebuilding of the masjid? 3. Who provoked these “sanskari” men? Was it a movie or was it the frequent provocative speeches against Muslims?
