Seasonal football fans are football fans too. There is no need to deride them for lack of knowledge of all formats of the game. Not everyone can connect with football clubs the way they do with national teams, and not everyone has the time or energy to follow various clubs for 9 months and to be dedicated to watch matches every weekend. Remember, India doesn't have a footballing culture the way the rest of the World does. Let everyone enjoy the game in their own way
