@tanaypratap Students who are getting a job, are too picky to keep it and those who are willing but not getting any opportunities, are settling for roles that are different than their backgrounds.

@tanaypratap This is a hard reality, undoubtedly. But I have a different experience. So for one of our projects, we work for rural students and train them to be job-ready. Basically, skills development. Post that, we also arrange interviews and placements for them.

This is sad. And whenever I tell that colleges have failed us, the entitled brats come in to talk about “experience”, “networking” blah blah.. The people you follow on Twitter, people who rave about college life are from top tier institutions. Reality is this 👇

@tanaypratap But many a time, students aren't willing to join a company just because it's too far or the working hours are too much for them or they would leave in just a month because they didn't enjoy the workplace.
