Why "STREAM" vs. "STEAM" or "STEM"? In kidSTREAM, the "R" stands for Reading, and it highlights the critical role literacy plays in a child’s development. Literacy is the gateway to all learning, fostering curiosity, enhancing critical thinking, and building communication skills.

We were invited by @kidSTREAM805 to bring 65 of our youth to pick up free laptops from their partnership with @ATT and Human-I-T to close the digital divide. Our youth were also treated to tickets for food trucks, STEM related games and different booths and resources.
