@ThomasKopp @n26 @PatrickBloss It’s the German banks. Apple and Goolge don’t want to Lauch their mobile payments services without reasonably wide bank support so even if N26 is ready it won’t matter until they can get one of the bigger players on board like Volksbank, Deutsche or Sparkasse.

@n26 @PatrickBloss I would also like to understand why this is dependant on Apple, Google, Garmin and Fitbit. All 4 offer token based NFC payments all over the world except im Germany. Is the difficult German language the reason? No can't be because they already have it in Switzerland and Austria.
