@kikillet @RaenestApp This is exactly the same issue I'm facing currently. The second time in less than 2 weeks, all my balance was wiped out. Now they refuse to respond and resolve the issue.

I work in saas so I have been very patient with @RaenestApp but then they sent me an email saying my issue is resolved without doing absolutely nothing.. wiping card balance to 0 and then claiming its resolved. Are you trying your luck with taking peoples money?

I have four ACs at home, two LG units, one Hisense, and one Midea. In the office, I use Panasonic. I haven’t used Royal, so I can’t really say much about them. From my experience, Hisense is the worst of the ones I’ve used. It works better at night, takes time to cool, and once the power goes out, the cool air disappears almost immediately.
