@angelojello74 Milo is a Cattle Dog with a "Your locked in here with me" kind of attitude. He will protect 5 people on the planet and roughly the property line and "F everyone else". He is also never not by my side or he would be real liability -- wildest most loyal dog 40lbs real sidekick.

@angelojello74 Mine is named Milo and if they get too mouthy all I have to do is open the gate -- Milo is Dead serious about it.

Emily and I are sitting outside. Someone walked by the house and Emily starts to bark. Which she always does when someone walks by. They said “why don’t you shut the fuck up”. They didn’t see me sitting there. I told them why don’t you shut the fuck up. This is Emily’s job. Bark at people. If someone comes up to the house that isn’t supposed to be there I want her to bark. The louder and meaner the better. She is supposed to warm me when someone is here. And she does a damn good job.

@lovedoggods I have only ever had "Found Dogs" -- is it wrong of me to envy people that save these dogs? What a joy to come across such a thing (While being profoundly sad all at the same time).

A courageous mother did everything in her power to save her young child from the street, despite the hunger and danger surrounding them. They were rescued and are now being cared for.

@PhilSledge I enforced this rule for decades at my wife insistence. One we all stop listening to her everyone was happier.

@MbarkCherguia I am that old -- That's a 64 -- too rich for me (And these could use floppy's). I had a VIC-20 and the code I wrote took almost as long to save as it did to write. These would have gone so much further but Jack just got too old at the wrong time.

Every week someone calls & tells me they got caught building something w/o a permit. Now they need help getting a permit. Begging people to stop operating like it’s still the 1980’s. Everyone out here is a snitch. It’s no longer easy to ask for forgiveness instead of permission.
