@WestJet how can I change my callback time?

@LEGO_Group my son received Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing Fighter as a Christmas gift and it is missing Bag #1 and all the people from Bag #2. We haven’t gone through all the prices to know if more is missing. This is a first for us, please advise on next steps.
