Ordered a Whole30 bowl at local @ChipotleTweets. This is what I got. It was 10 min late. Outta fajita vegs, were washing lettuce which would be add’l 15 min wait. Refunded money. Meat was refrigerator cold. Should’ve paid me to eat it. Not the first bad experience there. Sad face
Hell on Earth = calling into @ATT or AT&T TV customer service. Been on phone with TVfor 32 minutes and counting. Being transferred for third time. Deceitful tactics and billing. Everything is siloed. No rep is empowered to help. Frustrating.
Still no resolution from @ATT. Social media reps have not been helpful and local store manager has not contacted me. At this point they are stealing money from me. Give me my money back!
Between effort to give u money to upgrade phone and getting unauthorized phone and line off my account, I’m at wit’s end. Longtime customer cuz cust srvc has been great til now. Don’t feel like @ATT cares about me anymore. Issue still not resolved. So frustrated and sad.
Dear @ATT, process of upgrading phone has been horrible. Tried to upg online & thru app, forced to go to local store who added a 3rd unauth line and phantom phone. Nobody has been able to help remove. I cried in the store parking lot cuz I i was told to come back when mgr is in.
