If theres someone I really feel pity for its that Late MPs widow. Huyo waliingiza kwa board ya ICT. Very soon when they realize she doesn’t offer any value they will start making demands. And one thing you must understand,Mulot Boys are some of the horniest species of men god put on this earth. Their work was strictly to procreate, they were never supposed to be anywhere near the government. They will chew her like stolen sugar cane nakwambia, from senator the chief inspector himself Mr Weston hotel Room 502 owner Na ndio ujue siwadanganyi. If these hyenas had the audacity to ask Gloria Orwoba for sexual favor, and remember what Gloria looks like, she looks like an ex japan nissan juke with gearbox issues, sasa huyu wa johna ng’eno watafanyia nini aki. Kwanza mtu kama sudi I know he is already scheming, next week he’ll text her and tell her “Hae,I ope yua oke,Me want tell yu hao yu luk faine in yua asband fyunerol. If we really want to be taken seriously when we talk about sending Iran “back to the stone ages” then this is what needs to happen. The US needs to bomb Iran’s: Power & water infrastructure Bank and financial institutions Production/storage facilities for fertilizer and pesticides Every single Islamist/regime “cultural heritage” sites, including every single mosque Natural gas and oil pipelines Kharg Island Civil logistics hubs Courthouses and jails All of these need to be hit. We need to deprive Iran of all the niceties of a moderne day society, and we need to do so now. And then we need to make the people beg on their knees for humanitarian food assistance from the international Red Cross so that the people force Iran to surrender to the US. This is how you WIN wars. Cutis LeMay understood this very well. It’s time to carpet bomb Iran. Force them to their knees. Destroy the infrastructure. It’s the only way.

How EPRA blew Ksh. 540 million for parties, alcohol and branded notebooks through Apex deal The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority is on the spot after insiders revealed a secretive procurement racket that has seen millions of shillings spent on parties, alcohol, branded merchandise and inflated public relations costs under the watch of senior officials. A whistleblower inside the authority says the rot is being driven by Marona Cheplel, a powerful figure within EPRA who allegedly bullies staff and bypasses tender procedures while dropping the President’s name to silence opposition. According to the source, Cheplel has been using contract amendments to push through outrageous payments disguised as “third party costs.” Instead of following open tendering, suppliers are instructed to submit addenda to existing contracts, expanding their scope to include loosely defined expenses that can be billed at any price. One of the biggest beneficiaries of this scheme is Apex Porter Novelli Ltd, a PR firm that already has a running contract with EPRA but is now said to have tabled an additional cost schedule worth about five hundred and forty million shillings. Multiple insiders in various government agencies allege that Apex Porter Novelli has built a pattern of winning lucrative government tenders through influence and back-room dealings rather than open competition. Staff familiar with the contracts say the firm’s work often falls short of quality expectations, raising questions about how it continues to secure repeat assignments despite complaints of inflated costs and underwhelming delivery. The allegations suggest a deep culture of favoritism and kickbacks in the procurement chain, and investigators are being urged to examine how public money ended up funding substandard projects that offered little value to taxpayers. Documents shared by insiders show items such as parties, alcohol, branded T shirts, notebooks and surveys listed as “public engagement expenses.” A single survey is reportedly priced at over five million shillings, while each branded notebook costs hundreds of shillings more than the market rate. The insider claims Cheplel handpicked a small group of trusted officers to approve these inflated costs, ensuring that the amendments never appear on the government’s public e procurement portal where they could attract scrutiny. The same source says the scandal goes beyond one contract. Similar amendments are allegedly being made across other existing agreements, all meant to hide procurement spending and enrich a small network of insiders. Staff who question the irregularities are threatened with transfers or disciplinary action. Those who comply are rewarded with allowances and protection from oversight. These revelations add to growing concerns about the state of governance at EPRA, an institution already tainted by controversy. The current Director General, Daniel Kiptoo, has been accused of occupying the position illegally after a 2023 petition and Auditor General’s report found that his appointment violated the Energy Act and ignored conflict of interest rules. The report detailed how he participated in board meetings that discussed his own appointment and accepted the job before formal approval from the Ministry of Energy was even issued. The combination of an illegally appointed CEO and a procurement system run by politically connected officials paints a grim picture of how EPRA has abandoned its regulatory mandate and become a center of impunity. What was meant to be a body that safeguards transparency in Kenya’s energy sector is now described by insiders as a haven for corruption, where public money is casually spent on parties, alcohol and glossy PR while citizens grapple with rising energy costs. The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have been urged to step in and examine how millions meant for public service ended up funding vanity projects and personal enrichment schemes. Until accountability is enforced, EPRA remains a symbol of how state agencies can be captured by insiders who treat public resources as their private wallet.
