🚨 I Tried to Stay Silent. But I Won’t Anymore. YOU SHARE → WE EXPOSE After the recent incidents, I was honestly shaken. And I decided I would stop writing about UPGB because i thought UPGB bankers don’t give a damn. But then something unexpected happened. I received hundreds of messages from UPGB Bankers, PSU bankers, and even a few genuine leaders. They told me: → Every UPGB banker read your posts. → They are relaxing that someone raising their voice → They are benefiting from it as pressure decrease. → But they are scared to speak or even share it.” Why? Because unions are in a dying stage even some so called union leaders are became SPY of management and employees fear: → Transfer → Harassment → Punishment So they stay silent but they are watching everything. That changed my decision. I cannot be like those unions who have chosen silence. So I’m back. And I will keep writing. UPGB Management: → You can send more legal notices → You can file more case → You can try again to threaten me → But we will expose every black truth. 🔥 An Appeal to ALL BANKERS (Not just UPGB): If you are facing: → Harassment → Target pressure → Mental torture → Unfair orders → Forced recoveries Come forward. Share your story with us. We understand your fear and We PROMISE: → Your identity will be kept completely confidential → No names, no details that can expose you → Only the truth will be highlighted → You don’t need to fight alone. 🤝 We don’t need financial help. We need your voice. Your truth. Your courage. Send us proof. Send us incidents. Send us reality. We will post it.We will expose it. Let’s fight this together. Silence protects them. Exposure protects us. #Bankersvoice

🚨RAISE YOUR VOICE, Get an FIR: THE NEW REALITY OF BANKERS! Dear Bankers, understand this clearly (FIR): This is what I’m facing for raising your voice. Earlier, I received 7 legal notices from UPGB. Now, FIR from Rajasthan Gramin Bank. When raising genuine issues becomes a crime… Expose problems → FIR Speak up → Harassment Demand accountability → Legal threats FIRs are being filed simply for highlighting publicly available information and speaking up for banking staff. Is this how the system responds to transparency? Instead of addressing staff harassment, mismanagement, and real ground-level issues, energy is being spent on silencing voices. But intimidation won’t work. I have not created or fabricated anything, only shared what is already in the public domain and circulating widely. My fellow Bankers now I need all of you and if you are with me then I promise: → I will continue to speak. → I will continue to raise issues. → I will strongly fight this lawfully. → And I will not let you down. Voices cannot be suppressed. Truth cannot be buried. #Bankers #SpeakUp #Whistleblower #Justice #BankingIssues

Thank you @TheOfficialSBI for finally breaking the silence..though it took a social media post to achieve what months of formal communication could not. That itself speaks volumes about the functioning of SBI’s Bengal Circle However, this letter is not a response. It is a deflection…carefully crafted to obscure facts, selectively present a sanitized timeline and intimidate an employee who dared to speak the truth publicly. Let me dismantle it, point by point: This letter leaps directly from 29th November 2025 to my social media post..as if the intervening 97 days simply did not exist. Allow me to restore the record this letter chose to erase: ▪️25th November 2025 : I asked CM HR where to submit my resignation. The reply: "As you deem appropriate in this regard." That is not guidance. That is abandonment of responsibility. ▪️ 29th November 2025 : RACPC directed me to "submit your resignation letter duly addressed to the appropriate authority."Again, no clarity on who or where. (Only RACPC replied, while the competent authorities at administrative offices chose to maintain deafening silence.) ▪️My calls to CM HR were ignored. Completely. ▪️Left with zero guidance from the very officials whose job it is to provide it, I submitted my resignation through the HRMS Portal on 7th December 2025 and notified via email. Then followed a period of institutional silence so complete, it can only be called deliberate: ✉ 12th December — Follow-up email. No response. ✉ 22nd December — Status inquiry. No response. ✉ 1st January 2026 — Email marking the Chairman himself. No response. ✉ 25th January 2026 — Again to the Chairman. No response. No approval. No rejection. No clarification. No phone call. No message. Not a single word..for over three months. I waited until my last working day (as per HRMS) 6th March 2026. Still, silence. 1/4

On the occasion of Women’s Day, I want to ask the State Bank of India @TheOfficialSBI a few questions. Why did this happen to me? If my transfer could not be approved, the bank could have simply rejected it. But at the very least, I deserved a response..either acceptance or rejection. Why was there complete silence? Why was my resignation kept pending? It could have been accepted or rejected, but why was it left hanging without any decision? 1/9 x.com/vijayaksharma/… #InternationalWomensDay

We are aware that our @BankofIndia_IN has been providing Shelter Home facilities at Macropolo Building, Lalbaug, Mumbai, for employees and their kin who visit Mumbai for treatment of terminal illnesses, which required continous stay. This initiative has been a meaningful support system for families during extremely challenging times. In the last Central Welfare Committee (CWC) Meeting, a proposal was put forward to expand this noble facility to additional locations so that more beneficiaries can be supported across regions. We are pleased to inform you that, in line with the CWC’s proposal, the Bank has decided to extend Shelter Home facilities at the following locations: 1) An additional flat at Macropolo Building, Lalbaug, Mumbai 2) A flat at Nerul -Mumbai 3) A flat at STC Noida -Delhi We understand that necessary formalities have been completed and the facilities are expected to become operational shortly. Further, we are informed that properties at Vellore/Chennai and other important locations where people come for medical treatment are also being actively explored to widen the reach of this compassionate initiative in the near future. Being a part of the Central Welfare Committee, @fboioa_india sincerely expresses our heartfelt gratitude to the Bank Management for their unconditional support and for the swift implementation of this important welfare proposal. *This initiative reflects the Bank’s continued commitment towards employee welfare beyond professional boundaries.

❗️❗️ LEGAL NOTICE FOR WRITING AGAINST BANK⁉️ This is UNACCEPTABLE. @DFS_India @FinMinIndia @LabourMinistry who gave UPGB RM's right to send legal notice to a banker for his tweets that too as RM's capacity? What if this goes against bank? Who will bear the cost? @bankofbaroda

IF RAISING BANKER’S ISSUES IS A CRIME, I PLEAD GUILTY ✊🚨 7 RMs - 7 Legal Notice Same date. Same format. Same Advocate What exactly happened inside #UPGB? I openly accept every legal notice sent to me. My advocate has already replied to each one of them. We have also sent a formal representation to @Bankofbaroda seeking institutional clarification. Now the real question: ❓Were these notices sent in personal capacity? ❓Or with the knowledge and permission of Bank of Baroda management? ❓Was this an organised attempt to silence the voice of a banker? Chairman #YS_Thakur, instead of using RMs as tools to send fashion notices, please focus on doing something good for your own bankers. If leadership works with integrity, GMs and RMs will follow. If management stops harassment and exploitation, no banker will need to raise their voice. We are not here to defame anyone. We are here to criticise what is wrong and support what is right. We hope for better governance, not confrontation. Now, Mr. Chairman, the decision is yours. Silence a voice or correct the system. #BankersVoice #Transparency #Governance #UPGB #BankOfBaroda

LEGAL NOTICES CANNOT SILENCE BANKERS VOICE❗️ Got 7 Legal Notices for Speaking Up. Is this the reward for raising bankers voice? All because I spoke about what is happening inside Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank under the leadership of Chairman #YS_Thakur. Every single notice mentions my posts on X. So let the BANKERS see clearly what my crime was: - I questioned humiliation of bankers in the name of targets - I opposed unethical insurance pressure - I spoke against abusive and fear based management style - I raised concern about mental harassment of staff - I demanded dignity for bankers And the response? Not dialogue. Not correction. Not transparency But legal intimidation Is this leadership or suppression? If a banker cannot speak about workplace pressure without receiving legal threats what kind of environment are we creating? I ask openly, Are bankers employees or are they expected to be silent machines? Instead of answering the issues seven Regional Managers chose to send notices. Why such coordinated reaction to one voice? I am tagging the authorities who oversee banking governance: @bankofbaroda @DFS_India @RBI @NABARDOnline @FinMinIndia I request, Please clarify whether raising ethical concerns is misconduct - If targets are justified explain them transparently - If insurance practices are ethical audit them openly - If humiliation never happens investigate independently Legal notices do not erase reality Pressure does not create respect Fear does not create performance I am ready to respond legally But I will not apologise for demanding dignity Because dignity is not indiscipline And truth is not defamation Now I ASK EVERY BANKER READING THIS What should I do now❓ Stay silent❓ Delete everything❓ Or continue to raise issues respectfully and legally❓ Your voice matters. #Bankersvoie

An ICICI Bank @ICICIBank employee was forced to choose between her job and her humanity. Her father-in-law was critically ill, admitted to AIIMS Delhi, and had undergone multiple major surgeries. She was the only daughter-in-law and solely responsible for his care. Despite HR being fully aware of the medical emergency, no transfer, flexibility, or temporary relief was offered—only the excuse of “policy.” She was even told to bring her critically ill father-in-law to her work location. With insufficient leave and no humane option left, she was indirectly pushed to resign. She resigned..not by choice, but by coercion. This case raises some serious questions: Why do employers behave as if employees are bonded labor? Which rule says extreme medical emergencies do not deserve compassion? Which rule says parents are only a son’s responsibility and not a daughter-in-law’s? When did corporate policy become more important than human life? I want to ask HR leadership..Do you believe that you and your families are immortal? Do you think pain, illness, and helplessness apply only to junior employees? If you truly believe this, then you are living under a dangerous illusion. This is a sincere but firm request…step out of this illusion and become human. Stop harassing your own employees for ego and promotions. When you die, neither your designation nor your ego will go with you. Fire strips you naked..no power, no post, no pride. Just ash. @tejaswinii__ @BahlKanan @kanalmedia23 @bankaffairs @idesibanda @iSourabhMishra @kanalmedia23 @Hellobanker_in @HarshKu200

A strike isn’t a holiday. It’s a sacrifice by a few for the rights of all. Those who chose picnics over protest should remember, rights aren’t given to the relaxed, they’re won by those who resist. And when benefits arrive, they won’t ask who fought- only where to sign
