@giffgaff I ordered a new phone on Tuesday (with next day delivery) moneys gone from my account but no updates from you apart from the order received email. Contacted an agent who replied once then has given me no further updates. Is there any way to get an update or response?

@SW_Help 1) you need more spare drivers 2) you need to communicate with the customers on the platform It's a branch on a track, it's not that hard to deal with, there's no reason for us to all be crammed on a delayed train hours later

@SW_Help we were all told to get off the 18:30 going to Guildford and told to get the 18:45 as no driver was available. We've just sat here and watch it left! I was meant to be home at 18:32 and we've only just left London. Absolutely useless

@SW_Help Is the £140.90 option Haslemere to London plus travel card? But that just isn't listed or mentioned for some reason? Can you just help me - you must be able to see what the difference is between those two tickets? I don't want to wait all night for an agent to be free.

@NetworkRailSE @Se_Railway It baffles me that on a line surrounded by trees there appears to be no protocol for dealing with a tree on the track. I've been traveling 4+ hours to get to London and I'm not even close. The meagre delay repay refund doesn't make up for the lost hours. No wonder everyone drives
