@joesonka @LeaderAdkins First, EKU recieved $3.4M. Second, institutions that received $0 is due to the fact they are currently being funded better than all the others relative to what they are producing in terms of degrees, and less enrollment

- UofL was expecting $1.6m in new performance-based funding this year. Turns out they got $2.5.
- @LeaderAdkins is upset that EKU, Morehead and all coal county schools in KCTCS received $0.
- UK received $9.1m, twice what any other 4-year school got.
