•The vehicle was located 10 mins later….abandoned.
•The suspect (Chantez Loury) was located 2 blocks away…on foot.
•When contacted - Chantez shot at & wounded an officer.
•Multiple officers returned fire until the threat was eliminated🪦
*Chantez had an extensive violent criminal history, was released from prison in August 2025 & was on supervised parole.

@Arkybill1 @surgieboi With a 3 there is a good chance there is a crease on the card. That even means PSA could have done that. This card is notorious for the “seam” on the back. If that’s the only issue put a sticky note on it reminding them of this common issue.

I’ve submitted well over 200 cards 2 PSA in the last 6-8 months & would never send a card,that wasn’t a vintage card,in 4 grading that had a possibility of getting a 3! 😂 this is insane!When I get it back,I’ll be cracking & resubmitting! This will be a good one for u @surgieboi
