@Billbrowder Ukraine gave territories to Russia de facto in exchange for peace in 2014. Russia simply annexed them, forced mobilisation and attacked more territories in 2022. That happed before did not work.

I’m not sure I understand what the value of these supposed “peace talks” are if all that’s being demanded of Ukraine by the US is to give up territory that Russia can’t win militarily. The US has stopped funding Ukraine so what’s in it for Ukraine?
