A year ago, I found myself at a crossroad, unsure of my next steps. I had relocated, and things weren’t falling into place as I had imagined. I paused my business and started losing sight of the passion that once fueled me. But this year, I decided to flip the script….Sometimes, to see the light at the end of the tunnel, you have to keep moving forward and refuse to give up. I’m proud to announce that I’ll be showcasing my designs at African Fashion Week London. 🥹 This marks a new phase for my brand, and I’m thrilled about the journey ahead. I've built this from the ground up…through sleepless nights, moments of doubt, and times when I wanted to quit. I’ve laughed, cried, and questioned my worth, but I never gave up because I know this is my passion. This journey has reminded me of the power of perseverance and the beauty of trusting the process!

On International Leopard Day, below are two leopards sighted in Gashaka Gumti National Park (GGNP) a month ago. This pic is the 1st tangible evidence of their presence in the park. Leopards are in danger of extinction across the world & need protection in places like GGNP.

Last month, my very good friend in America randomly called me and asked for my address - I asked why & he said he wants to send me one of his cameras & lenses cus he’s seen how much I have grown in shooting videos & he wants to support that. EXCITING NEWS! This week, camera traps recorded leopards in Gashaka Gumti National Park for the 1st time ever. For over 20 years, the Gumti Sector was a no-go area due to banditry. Now ANI & NPS have established a ranger outpost there & confirmed there are leopards in the park!

A HUGE thank you today to everyone who came to help with planting! We got ALL the 1,200 bare root tree/shrubs saplings into the ground. All in all, over the last 3 weeks, we have planted about 250m (1/4 of a kilometre) of native hedgerow around Meath Gardens’ perimeter 👏👏👏👏
