Mr President you were silent when patients were starving and going without medication at Kenyatta National Hospital and remain mumb on the imminent collapse of MTRH in Eldoret. SHA just lost 11B. If it is about the people or dealing with conmen and fraudsters, where are your priorities? @KNH_hospital @MTRHofficial @WilliamsRuto

One of the business centres at The Mega Mall in Kisumu. It is 9:20 AM and most businesses here are not open. This is a sign that Kenya’s economy is doing badly. Let’s join hands and make our country’s businesses come alive again through lowering taxes and production costs so that we can stir up business activities again. #LipoTumaini

Nationally, President William Ruto commands the lead at 46.2%, positioning him as the frontrunner in the 2025 presidential landscape. Kalonzo Musyoka at 18.5% remains the most credible challenger from the united opposition orbit, while Fred Matiang’i’s 15.9% demonstrates growing momentum and a strong regional pillar that strengthens his bargaining power in future opposition realignments. The rest of the candidates post minimal single-digit support, indicating limited national traction. With 10.0% of respondents still undecided, the aggregate results portray a country that is leaning toward continuity but remains open to persuasion, especially if the opposition consolidates into a unified front. The national picture suggests that 2027 will be shaped by coalition-building, regional mobilisation and the ability of leading challengers to convert undecided voters into active support.

Today, the 6th @ReubenKigame spent the day meeting different communities and persons living with disabilities in Vihiga county. In line with his political agenda of "Jenga Mkenya", he distributed wheelchairs and cool boxes to help recipients start small businesses.

We strongly condemn this MP for promoting violence against girls. FGM is a violation of human rights, not a method to silence & control Girls. No child deserves torture disguised as “culture.” It's very dangerous unconstitutional and an insult to every girl’s dignity @GEM_Africa

My people, something deeply disturbing has happened in Mombasa, and we cannot stay silent. This week, a 5-year-old girl named Khairun Hassan tragically lost her life under very unclear circumstances at a madrassa inside a mosque in Leisure, Nyali. The story being given by the imam and the mosque administration has serious gaps: They claim the little girl "made a mistake" and, as punishment, the imam locked her alone in a room. While crying and in distress, she reportedly climbed onto something, fell (or jumped) from a height inside the room/madrassa. Moments later, the child was found with fatal injuries, and the explanation being offered simply does not make sense. What followed raises even more alarm: The burial was rushed the same day, using Islam as a basis No postmortem No proper medical examination And reliable sources say that although the case was reported to DCI Mombasa, there are strong efforts to derail the investigation The father is reportedly being pressured to drop the case and "leave it to Allah" My people, how do we accept this? In a country where we have seen cases of boys, girls, men, and women being assaulted and then thrown off a building to the ground to make it appear that they committed suicide, this whole situation looks fishy How does a 5y old end up locked alone as punishment? Why did the imam do that How does a 5yr old throw herself from top of a room that she had been locked inside alone? Why was no postmortem done? Why silence a grieving father and sweep everything under the carpet? This is not normal. This is not Islamic. This is not right. We demand: An immediate, independent investigation by DCI and child protection authorities A proper postmortem if necessary Full transparency and accountability from the mosque leadership A child’s life has been lost in a place that was supposed to protect her. Justice for Khairun Hassan. We will not let her voice be buried. My people, please share, tag the authorities, and raise your voices until the truth comes out.

The law is clear; No woman regardless of her social status or the accusations against her should ever be handled or touched by a male police officer. What happened at the Eldoret Law Courts is a blatant abuse of power and a serious violation of the rights and dignity of women. The fact that this happened inside a court of law, a place meant to uphold justice, makes it even more disturbing. Such actions reflect a deep disregard for due process, professionalism and humanity within our justice system. Every time we normalize violence from those sworn to protect us, we erode public trust in the justice system. She deserves justice. @kipmurkomen @NPSOfficial_KE and @Kenyajudiciary over to you. #RestoringDignity
