the way doctors would rather gaslight patients into thinking getting pneumonia three times a year is unavoidable (and totally not deadly) than say hey you know those tools we all used back in 2020/21? maybe try a few of those again? 😔 we are in hell. ppl deserve better.

I just found out I have pneumonia for the third (3rd) time this year and I asked the doctor hey is there anything I can do about this so I can stop having pneumonia on a quarterly basis and she looked at me and deadass said: no, not really

In public statements, gen AI companies are justifying training on people’s work without permission by pointing out that other gen AI companies do the same thing. While true, this is a laughable defense. You don’t avoid speeding fines just because the car ahead of you was speeding.
