The war which resulted in 5,000 Armenian deaths occurred in 2020 when Trump was president. The ethnic cleansing took place in 2023 when Biden was president. The last 10 Armenians were expelled and two of Stepanakert’s churches were demolished in 2026 when Trump was president.

The fact that the US has made no guarantees of protection or Kurdish rights in Iran, even after the Kurds raised historical grievances such as their continued abandonment shows that the US had no plans for the Kurds other than to use them as canon fodder in the war against Iran. Without concrete guarantees the Kurds should refuse to get involved in any way, shape or form- not to mention that the Kurds will be the first group to be punished by the Iranian regime as it has already shown in ceaseless missiles and drone attacks, endless arrests and execution of Kurdish protesters. fairobserver.com/world-news/mid…
