@shazlick79 @brooklyn47361 If you actually used your noggin and kept your feelings out of it, you'd realize that Karen hitting John O'Keefe with her Lexus makes ZERO SENSE .

Seems Hos Defendants civil lawyers had FOMO feelings they wanted to get off their chest since before trial 1. Opining on what should/should not be in criminal case motions reminded me of a quote by our beloved David Yannetti “Mr. Brennan is not sitting at defense counsel table in this case. We appreciate the offer …“ … but no. @BostonDefender

I've never really taken a position on whether McCabe, Higgins, and the Alberts were part of the death of John O'Keefe. I don't know, and I don't tremendously care. But this, to me, screams guilt far more loudly than anything I have heard Turtleboy say.

@shorts975084 @marcorandazza Can you explain how a piece of taillight that was missing before Proctor got KR vehicle was then found later? if not because it was actually on the lawn the whole time?

@anonymasslawyer @Goatboy991994 Actually, someone from that office came forward anonymously on Reddit and admitted that Morrissey believed Karen to be innocent but prosecuted her anyway for a few different reasons. They're not stupid. Anyone who understands high school science knows that Karen is innocent.

@Goatboy991994 Are you really so far gone that you think the people who prosecuted Karen and TB believe that they’re innocent? You consistently have the worst, most detached from reality takes of anyone who follows this case. Just absolute rubber room stuff.

So the McAlberts hired the prosecutor who battled Alex Jones. Jones admitted he knew he was lying when he claimed it was a hoax. The comparison should be between him and Meatball. MM knew he was prosecuting innocent people when he targeted KR and TB. #karenread # Turtleboy

The ridiculous defamation lawsuit against Aidan Kearney & Karen Read will fail primarily because it hinges on a "deliberate campaign of lies" that they can't prove because it doesn't exist. Everyone who reviews the overwhelming evidence comes to the same conclusion: the plaintiffs were involved.

let’s talk about where this lawsuit got filed… Not Norfolk County. Not where the incident happened. Not where most of the witnesses are. Barnstable County. Down the Cape. Now maybe that’s just coincidence… Or maybe it’s because Brian Higgins has a place down there. Maybe it’s about convenience. Maybe it’s about connections. Or maybe just maybe it’s about something a little more strategic such as Keeping it away from a Norfolk jury pool that’s been living and breathing this case for two years. Because let’s be honest… A Norfolk County jury Knows the timeline, Knows the players, Has seen the testimony, the contradictions, the coverage A Barnstable jury? A lot less saturation A lot more “fresh eyes” And in a defamation case where perception is everything that matters. Now to be clear filing there might be completely legal. There could be a technical reason. But that doesn’t mean it’s not also strategic. So the real question is: Was this about proper venue… Or picking the right venue? Because those are two very different things. Now we know we're all the donation money's going!

@SJW_22 @DixieNormu95224 Are you accusing me of not looking at the evidence objectively? I have no dog in this fight. I don't care who is guilty or innocent. There are no bruises or fractures on the alleged point of impact-that doesn't sit right with me. The CWs "evidence" has flaws. I could go on.

What you mean to say is the defense experts said that he wasn't hit by a car - even though the actual evidence all showed he was. The CW of course had experts that said he was hit by a car. So miss me with your he wasn't hit by a car because that just means you believed the defense experts. I believe the CWs because there evidence also came with data, phone data, GPS data, phone temperature, taillight in clothes all adding to the totality of evidence. The problems with conspiracies is you start to believe everything is a conspiracy and that everyone else is a sheep but your simply believing one group over another. No different than people believing the news over YouTube page or vice versa. Everyone is still getting their information from somewhere. Conspiracy sells though, just ask Alex Jones.

The problem is you people always wanting poison jury pools to begin with. If you are so convinced that Karen is honest then why does it even bother you? Unless of course you want the conspiracy mob to be on the jury too. No, let people that can see it for themselves decide without being force fed narrative after narrative and told what to believe.

Thank you @BostonReportah

Today's anniversary of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings brings up one of the biggest woulda, coulda, shoulda's in the region's history. Thanks to deep reporting by @SusanZalkind @MicheleMcPhee and others, we now know it's highly likely that on 9/11/2011, bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev cut the throats of 3 men in Waltham and covered them in marijuana. Tamerlan shoulda been locked up on that Marathon Day instead of killing and maiming innocents. And he mighta actually also have been an FBI informant, though the bureau adamantly denies this. The investigation into the Waltham murders was slow walked and botched in part due to systemic failures embedded in the Commonwealth's lack of a centralized statewide major crimes unit, Zalkind said in her book, "The Murders Before the Marathon." Instead of a central unit, the 11 satellite units of state troopers assigned to county DA's offices create environments conducive to conflicts and coverups. Hello, Karen Read case. Hello Matt Farwell case. Add to this lookback another wild bit of history: the 2013 still hard-to-fathom FBI agent's shooting of Tamerlan's boxing pal Ibragim Todashev DURING an interrogation in which Todashev was implicating Tamerlan in those Waltham murders. It took decades before some truths about James "Whitey" Bulger were unearthed. Maybe the full truth about Tamerlan will surface one day.

Sandra Birchmore's family has just endorsed former federal prosecutor, and former Eastie resident, @adamdeitch in the Norfolk County District Attorney race. Birchmore, 23, was murdered, federal prosecutors say, by disgraced ex-Stoughton detective Matthew Farwell

Adam Deitch for District Attorney
I am deeply honored to have the support of members of Sandra’s family and share in their determination to ensure that the failures in her case are never repeated. I decided to run for District Attorney because Norfolk County deserves a DA’s Office that is accountable, fearless, and focused on the facts and evidence, wherever they lead. As District Attorney, I will work tirelessly to build an office that delivers fairness, justice, and accountability for every community in Norfolk County. New affidavits were filed for the house defendants in the Federal civil suit that Karen Read has filed against them. As I spend time reviewing these sworn statements compared to their interviews and testimonies, I was reminded of this part of Brian Albert's testimony. Sure seems like a lot of words for an answer that should have been simple. Albert had testified many times throughout his career as an officer for Boston PD. He would've been one of the more seasoned witnesses to take the stand for the Commonwealth. Why the large exhales? Why the nerves now? Why the stumbling over his own words? 🤔

My friends, I wanted to share with you the most prestigious award I have ever received in my career as an attorney. This award showcases an attorney's knowledge, skill, experience, and success as a seasoned litigator and is awarded to less than <0.01% of attorneys nationwide. It is a true honor and a privilege to have been selected. And I am thankful that I have been able to help so many people over the last 13 years using my skills and knowledge in the courtroom in bettering America. Have a wonderful weekend and happy Easter, everybody!
