My 2.5 year-old wore a mask for about 3 hours straight today. Didn’t take it off for a second, or complain. I explained the importance, and how we wear it to keep EVERYBODY safe. Apparently my toddler exhibits a level of empathy, maturity, and respect that grown adults cannot.

@DisneyPlusHelp I added an extra member to my account, and after a few days of working properly, it's logged her out and is asking her to choose a new subscription plan. She's tried signing in through the extra member set-up email and everything and nothing works.

During this outage, it appears NO ONE’S payments are going through. But, instead of fixing the issue or pausing all consequences for missing payments, Disney has done nothing. So people are unable to renew, make reservations, keep their booked reservations, or visit the parks.

Magic Key pay system has been down for days. My card expired so I need to put a new one on file for my monthly payment, but I can’t bc the system is down. And they can’t tell me if my reservations/pass will be affected if I miss my payment bc of this. @Disneyland — ily, but??

@DisneyDad9 It’s wild how some people find it impossible to love Disney AND admit their pricing is outrageous. I have a family of 5 and we’ll continue our yearly trip, but to pretend this is reasonable pricing for a *family* theme park is silly. They’re literally pricing families out.
