One of my faves; we decided to put a dish on our menu with more familiarity for our guests. This is our chicken korma, brined chicken legs, crisped up and dunked in korma sauce, roasted cashews, crispy chicken skin! Absolute knockout. @JWB30 @Umamibami @pavlovaandcream
