@simplilearn @simplilearn it's day 5 after 4 months. I've asked only for a refund of the course fee as I'm not going to continue with the course. And the only response that I'm receiving is that you are going to charge me 50% of the enrollement fee for providing no proper service.

@simplilearn why do you act like you will help when you cannot refund the course fee that was paid. Is it your policy to not refund course fee? By which policy are you not refunding the course fee? Is this fair to treat customers like trash and threatening you will not give it?
