Andrew Ng just dropped a free course on Claude Code from scratch, taught with the Anthropic team:
00:00 - why Claude Code is so agentic
04:00 - shockingly simple architecture
12:00 - point it at any codebase
this short watch will replace 10 paid coding agent courses.
Andrew Ng calls it his personal favorite coding assistant right now.
Watch it today, then read how to engineer your own agent loops in the article below

last month, I did over 300 million views running iPhone farms for other people's startups.
the catch: the only people who can pull that off are agencies with racks of phones and a team babysitting them.
so I built Warmr to hand that same machine to everyone else.
how I got here:
> ran iphone farms for startups, quietly cleared 300M+ views in a month
> watched brand new accounts die at 300 views while aged ones hit millions
> realized it was never the content, it was the account warmup
> automated that warmup on real iphones, no emulators, no bots
> made it so that one mac ended up running a whole rack of phones on its own
> founders kept asking how I did it, so I turned it into an app
> now a solo founder with one iphone runs what an agency runs
If you're interested, comment "Warmr" and I'll send you a free invite

@klaywifi The best way to get started these days is with the Desktop App imo (can use local and cloud from one place)

Claude Fable running ComfyUI workflows through the Comfy MCP is a cheat code.
→ Claude pulled the shot from the web, auto-detected the scene cuts + trimmed it
→ ran my saved depthanything v3 + openpose workflow to build the driving reference video
→ scrubbed every frame for the sharpest one, then character swapped me in with gpt-image-2 exactly how I directed it: wearing a tuxedo, liminal space environment, no background characters
→ wrote the seedance 2.0 prompts + ran the gens
→ stitched together the 3-panel comparison you're watching
The preprocessing + prompt writing is usually most of the work on a clip like this. With the MCP I didn't touch any of it. Didn't need to look at a single node lol.

i think people are sleeping on the most boring use case for ai
not replacing your job
not building some insane demo
not making a fake startup in 3 minutes
just making real life decisions less of a mess
spent today driving around cyprus looking at areas and apartments and the whole thing was basically run through openclaw
before i left i had it map out places worth checking, nicer residential areas, apartment blocks, routes to drive, all of it
then every time i got somewhere i just sent a voice note
“like this area, feels quiet, probably too far out”
“this block looks nice, icon looks like a butterfly, find it for me”
“wouldn’t rent here long term but maybe it works if i’m only here part of the year”
then i’d click the next google maps link it sent me and keep driving
when i get back it’ll turn the whole thing into a proper page for me
- areas i liked
- areas i didn’t
- why
- links
- apartment blocks
and then the actual decision tree:
- rent long term
- rent only when i’m here
- buy and rent it out when i’m away
- or just get something cheap and keep flexibility
that’s the use case i think people still underrate
not “ai makes the decision for me”
just using it all day to capture the messy bits so i can make the decision properly

just got an average retention rate of 64.2% in a niche where it's 14.8%.
→ both from the same niche
→ same upload strategy
→ one variable: the hook
at normal speaking pace, 50 words is 20 seconds. youtube's own data shows 1 in 5 viewers leaves in that window. and most faceless creators are burning those 50 words saying nothing.
so i broke down the ENTIRE hook engineering system behind that 64.2% number, the same system i forced into claude opus 4.8...
here's what's inside:
→ the 2 hook frameworks
(character-concept-stakes vs target-transformation-stakes, and why running the wrong one for your content type is the exact thing that collapses retention at 20 seconds)
→ the 4 hook types by format
(in media res, the contradiction hook, the direct question, problem agitation, and the precise moment each one fires)
→ the psychological triggers
(curiosity gap, forbidden knowledge, dramatic stakes, specificity bias, loss aversion, the levers that make a viewer unable to scroll past second three)
→ the 6 hook killers
(credential dumping, jargon overload, generic openings, weak stakes, the silent retention leaks bleeding out of EVERY script you've written)
→ the templates
(real bad-to-good rewrites for every framework and every hook type, so you can see the fix, not just the rule)
→ the claude opus 4.8 skill file setup
(how all of it loads into claude via FacelessOS, 16 skill files that write the hook for you instead of you rewriting 80% of the output)
all backed by 7,000+ scripts across 50+ niches, 150M+ views, and a 64.2% vs 14.8% live retention comparison from the same niche.
like + comment "SCRIPTS" and i'll send it over
(must be following + RT for priority access)
will stop sending these out in 24h

claude opus 4.8 + OpenClaw now finds restaurants with weak food photos, rebuilds their best dish into a cinematic reel, and mails the owner a postcard with the QR...on autopilot.
here's how agencies can land recurring contracts with this system:
- scans every restaurant in a city in real time
- pulls their real reviews, ratings, and reviewer-uploaded food photos
flags the weakest shot of their signature dish
- samples the brand color straight from the restaurant's own dish photo
rebuilds that exact plate into a cinematic 9:16 reel
- writes a printed postcard about their best dish
- mails it to the registered office, addressed to the owner, with a QR to the live reel
every step from the scrape to the reel to the mailbox is automated
reply "REEL" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)
