Why is it when you open a box of @Kleenex tissues, the square 60 count, you don’t just get a first tissue. You get like ten because they are pressurized into that square box. #wasteful #kleenex

@Kleenex I just bought a box of ultrasoft Kleenex. The tissue stinks like mold. There is no water damage on the box but the tissues STINK. What a gross product. Your feedback system stinks too. You rejected the feedback because your system says my address name isn't real. F.U.

@kleenex the Scott Soft Sense is way rougher than the Cottonelle Ultra Clean. I'm disappointed in the quality of the TP regarding Scott Soft Sense & will not but this product again.

@Kleenex Please……begging you….. CHANGE THE COLORs on the Ultra soft standard tissue boxes!! Purple, orange, piss yellow etc DO NOT go with most folks home decor colors! It is not endlessly HALLOWEEN!!! I know it’s April Fools today-but this post is a serious request!!!

@Kleenex I recently purchased a box of Kleenex facial tissues (Product Code: 600955A). Despite being within the expiry date (Best Before: 04/2030), all the tissues are completely dry and lack the expected softness/quality. This is disappointing.

@Kleenex INB4 WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS - y'all have to know we can see your history right? I only went back 2 years but yep there it is. It hasn't been that long for me but definitely the last several cases. This was my go to so I kept getting it but this one was the last straw lmao

@Kleenex Hey, you guys need to adjust how much you perforate the 8.5x 4.5 boxes so we can open them, getting tired of the ripped shitshow of an opening that ends up ripping the plastic too. Just have it punch the perforations a tenth of a MM more or something. Also hate the small square boxes, can't take the first 10 out, and the final 10 you lift up the entire box, it needs weight in the bottom or something. (allergies all my life, very familiar with your products)

@Kleenex Making the facial tissues demonstrably thinner is right up there with 'New Coke'. Remember that catastrophe?? They had to go back and remake the original and then re-name it Classic Coke. Yep you did it but good. Or should it be BAD!

@Kleenex Looks like Kleenex quality control was outsourced to an underperforming DEI outfit😢 One time can be discounted as aberration but the attached pic exemplifies the state of "every" box I've opened over the past 8 months. Time to seek a less maddening product.

@Kleenex Your boxes are terrible and the plastic comes off the opening and has been for months. Your website and phone line are also terrible. You guys are only worried about selling the cheapest crap at the highest price and don't give a sh*t about the consumer.
