@BoringBiz_ I thought BB and EB were using solutions like @RogoAI and not a pure LLM like Claude. Have you seen people or firms build CIM agents using just Claude?

Cannot tell you how many CIMs and DD response lists are being created purely using Claude At this point, bankers are not even trying to hide it anymore Excels contain comments that specifically say that the author was Claude, and decks that are all left in the typical Claude format Literally just Claude creating materials that will be reviewed by Claude and presented in front of an IC that will use Claude to summarize the memo created by Claude Unbelievable stuff

I was going to charge for this, but f*** it. My team just put together a 40+ page report of everything we’re seeing right now in the small biz economy. What’s inside: → Real market data on SBA lending → Business buyer demand trends → Data on the ownership succession gap → An inside look at what small businesses are doing with AI right now We’ve spent months doing hundreds of surveys and interviewing dozens of owners to put this together. Now it’s yours for free. Just: 1. Like this post 2. Comment “SMB” And I’ll send it over. (Make sure you’re following me so I can DM you.)

I created a list of my favorite cafes to work at in NYC. Coffee shops > offices. I started my company inside a coffee shop. Beautiful spaces. Good energy. Surrounded by people locking in. And you randomly meet the most interesting people. My list includes the cafe name, neighborhood, and a proprietary, confidential scoring system based on: - Work space (tables, outlets, WiFi, design) - Food (quality, options, price) - Music (playlist, can you take calls) - People (do interesting people go here) - Coffee (does it hit) - Vibes (overall energy) I'd love to share this list with you + add new spots. Comment "CAFE" and I'll DM you the list.

I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM
Eric Glyman@eglyman

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.

Automation consultants charge $15K for what Claude Code now does in 2 hours. I know because we're the ones who used to charge it. Here's the exact process: Step 1: Discovery (20 min) → Paste your org chart, tool stack, and top 3 bottlenecks → Claude interviews you with clarifying questions → Outputs a full process inventory ranked by time cost Step 2: Workflow Mapping (15 min) → Describe any department's daily operations in plain English → Claude builds a complete process map → Every manual handoff, redundant step, and automation trigger flagged Step 3: Opportunity Audit (10 min) → Feed it the workflow map output → Returns your top 10 automation opportunities → Ranked by ROI, complexity, and build time Step 4: Architecture Design (20 min) → Claude designs the full system architecture → Which tools connect where, what the data flow looks like → Agents for complex logic, linear flows for the repetitive stuff Step 5: Build (ongoing) → Claude writes the actual workflow JSON → Self-documents everything as it builds Step 6: The output. A live dashboard your whole team can work from. → Clickable process maps for every department → Automation opportunities ranked by ROI → Implementation progress by phase → KPIs updated in real time → One link you share with clients, freelancers, or your team to execute This is what we hand every client at the end of discovery. The .md file is what makes all of it possible. Without it, Claude guesses. With it, Claude builds like a $15K consultant. Like this post, RT and comment "BLUEPRINT" and I'll send you the full prompt stack and the .md file we use internally. (Must be following so I can DM you) 🎁 Bonus: The first 100 people get a real Precision AI Blueprint — an actual sample audit doc from a client engagement so you can see exactly what the output looks like.

Cold outreach usually dies for one reason: You’re asking for something before proving you think better than everyone else emailing them. Instead: Send a 1-page breakdown Doc showing the opportunity you see in their business. Like + follow + comment DOC and I’ll send it.

Claude cowork destroys traditional writing on Amazon KDP. It's the fastest way to turn ideas into books and scale a publishing portfolio. I use my system + prompts to build entire eBooks, covers, and launch multiple books in days. My prompts replace weeks of writing and research. So I compiled my entire system in a free email course. • Find topics people already pay for • Use Claude to outline & write books in hours • Design covers that drive clicks • Scale with Amazon KDP ads Want access to the free course? → Comment “Claude” → Follow me and I’ll DM the course.

Big news, @claudeai just got a huge upgrade today and I'm very happy to be introducing it in shipper. From today on, Claude Code Opus 4.6 can build and run a business for you. We just launched Shipper 2.0, a tool that lets Claude: → Build web/mobile apps and Chrome extensions → Code, design, monetize, launch → Do email marketing for you → Continue to build out new features → Self-maintain in the long run Claude's most powerful models can now do all of that from a <10 word prompt, for as low as $0.12/app... And it takes minutes! Simply go to Shipper, then ask Claude to "build a talent hiring platform" or "build a complete saas that charges $29/mo"! To celebrate the launch, we're giving away free credits randomly to people who repost and comment "SHIPPER' :)

I went from $500 Upwork projects to $500K+/year selling AI systems. I legitimately made every mistake you can make. Undercharging, scope creep, building without mapping, hiring wrong, pricing hourly. Then I figured out what actually works and doubled down. I put the entire playbook into a free guide. Here's what's inside: → How I went from Zapier gigs to $25K-$60K projects → The pricing shift that 5x'd my revenue (and the exact formulas) → My 4-call sales process for closing $25K-$60K+ deals → The discovery framework that turns calls into signed contracts → How I built a dev team without burning cash → The fulfillment system that keeps clients for years → How I position against agencies 10x my size and WIN → The content engine that fills my pipeline without ads or cold outreach → Every mistake I made and what I'd do differently starting from zero This took 4 years, 80+ clients, and a lot of painful lessons. Yours for free. RT + reply "AGENCY" and I'll send it over. (Must follow so I can DM

Holy shit… Anthropic quietly dropped 9 new FREE Claude Skills tutorials. Excel workflows, Chrome browsing, file editing, task automation, project management zero tech background needed. Anyone can start building real agents in under an hour. Comment “TUTORIALS” and I’ll DM the direct links.
Andrew Ng@AndrewYNg

Important new course: Agent Skills with Anthropic, built with @AnthropicAI and taught by @eschoppik! Skills are constructed as folders of instructions that equip agents with on-demand knowledge and workflows. This short course teaches you how to create them following best practices. Because skills follow an open standard format, you can build them once and deploy across any skills-compatible agent, like Claude Code. What you'll learn: - Create custom skills for code generation and review, data analysis, and research - Build complex workflows using Anthropic's pre-built skills (Excel, PowerPoint, skill creation) and custom skills - Combine skills with MCP and subagents to create agentic systems with specialized knowledge - Deploy the same skills across Claude.ai, Claude Code, the Claude API, and the Claude Agent SDK Join and learn to equip agents with the specialized knowledge they need for reliable, repeatable workflows. deeplearning.ai/short-courses/…

I found a way to sell AI infrastructure to companies doing $2M-$50M/year. ALL with no sales team, enterprise connections or cold calls. Businesses are desperate for Ai implementation right now and anyone can do this. But most people get it wrong and that's why they fail. They lead with tools, ex) "we build automations" or "we integrate AI." That means nothing to a CEO managing 40 people and $5M in revenue. They pitch features instead of showing the cost of doing nothing. And they price hourly, so the buyer treats them like a freelancer instead of a partner. Mid-market and enterprise companies are bleeding $100K-$500K/year on broken processes, bloated SaaS stacks, and manual work they don't even realize they're paying for. They WANT to buy AI infrastructure, they just don't trust most people selling it. Because most people selling it sound like every other agency. I created a guide breaking down exactly: → How to position AI infrastructure so executives actually listen → The discovery framework that turns a 30-min call into a $25K-$100K project → How to calculate ROI so the price sells itself → The 3-pillar strategy process that closes 60%+ of qualified prospects → Why "sell the map before you sell the build" changes everything RT + reply "INFRA" and I'll send you the FULL guide (must follow so I can DM)

Most agencies take 4-5 weeks to deliver a landing page. We ship ours in 48 hours. And they convert at 7.8%. We built an AI-powered system using @claudeai Opus 4.6 + @framer that handles everything: copy, structure, design specs in a single sprint. We packaged the entire playbook into a free Notion doc. Comment "LANDING" + follow and I'll DM it to you.

This should probably be a paid course. It’s basically my full @Lovable workflow. I spent weeks recording this. 10 modules covering everything: → Planning inside ChatGPT/Claude → Building the entire frontend and backend → Adding AI features → Stripe payments → Deploying to production The same workflow I've refined after shipping 40+ SaaS for clients and refined after teaching 1000+ builders. If you stick to this, you will be able to ship your SaaS in the next 10 days. I promise you that. Comment “LOVABLE” and I will DM you the link.
