So worth trying DM. Or I know some people have had success going into TUI shop. Heard they were 56 days behind with enquiries though 🙈

@TUIUK hello - can you please confirm which form I complete to claim compensation for a cancelled flight? I completed a ‘delay’ form, but have received an email saying you can’t find me on your system! Is it a different form for cancelled fights? Thanks

@JulieMarieSmit4 @TUIUK @TUIGroup @TUIUKPR I got an ‘apology’ email from TUI saying I was on a Norwich/Dalaman flight. Turns out so did others on the Aberdeen flight. Now they can’t find us on their system to sort compensated. I have no idea where to go next. Any tips?

@TUIUK can you please help? We were on cancelled flight last night from Tenerife to Aberdeen. Sent to hotels. First email says leaving today at 12.30. Then received a second with bus times which says 13th September! Is it 12th or 13th?
