🚨 UNITED PASSENGER CATCHES INSANE NASA ROCKET LAUNCH FROM PLANE WINDOW — FLIGHT ATTENDANT LOSES IT MID-AIR
A United flight just turned into a front-row seat to history.
A woman captures the exact moment NASA’s Artemis II rocket launches… straight from her window at 30,000 feet.
And then you hear the flight attendant:
“15 years of flying… I’ve been praying to see something like this.”
• Rocket blasting through the clouds
• Crew calling it a “once in a lifetime” moment
He said he flew to Florida multiple times just to see a launch…
Canceled. Every time.
And then this happens midair.
What are the chances you randomly look out your window… and see history taking off?

Early tee time, early in contention.
Vanessa Borovilos (Etobicoke, ON) with a strong opening-round 66 at @anwagolf. She's currently one shot behind the first-round leader.

Lydia Ko was NOT upset about just missing out on 59 but rather excited about shooting 60.
Ko didn't actually start thinking about 59 until after she made birdie on her 15th hole (No. 6) to get to 10 under.
The next hole, the par-5 seventh, she faced a 6-footer for birdie ... and missed.
She'd go on to birdie the last two holes to shoot 12-under 60.
"That would've been nice to hole that one, but who knows, maybe if I holed that one, I might not have holed the other two."
The mind of a champion.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, IWPR honors Nneka Ogwumike—WNBA MVP, champion, and president of the Women’s National Basketball Players Association—for her leadership in securing a landmark victory for pay equity in professional sports.
From being a #1 overall draft pick to serving multiple terms as WNBPA president, Ogwumike has helped shape both the game and its business. Under the new collective bargaining agreement, WNBA salaries will, for the first time, exceed $1 million, with average pay nearing $600,000—a profound shift from the league’s early years.
During #EqualPayDay week, this milestone is a powerful reminder: When women lead, organize, and negotiate, lasting pay equity follows.
IWPR celebrates the WNBA Players Association's victory and will continue to shine a light on the pay inequity that all women still face.

@GolfweekNichols Definitely a missed opportunity for some exciting coverage.

There aren’t many opportunities for the LPGA to capture new fans. When one of the best players to ever play the game has the chance to do something extraordinary, the tour must abandon whatever else is going on and capitalize.
That didn’t happen today.
Lydia Ko was 10 under through 15 holes, which means she had to birdie the last three to become only the second player in LPGA history to shoot 59.
The LPGA was not on TV at the time and was not streaming. The tour did nothing to let fans know this was going on. Didn’t post on X. Didn’t send a scoring link or a photo.
I actually tagged the LPGA on X asking for updates!
Send someone out to let us know what’s going on! Post videos in the moment from a phone! At the very least alert fans of the moment.
There was no lead-up to what could’ve been an historic day on the LPGA. No building of suspense.
Why isn’t the LPGA waving its hands saying, “Over here! Look at us!” It’s Opening Day for MLB and March Madness. The LPGA needs something special to break through and Lydia was delivering it!
To the tour’s credit, they did send along a Zoom link so a couple of us could get on and ask Lydia questions. Two national reporters and two LPGA staffers asked Ko about her round.
With so little media coverage – both on the ground and away – the LPGA must get better at telling the story in real time to drive an audience.
The tour’s first mention of Ko on X came after her round. They posted a scorecard that required a magnifying glass to see that she’d shot 60.
Two hours later, there’s one video clip of Ko’s putt missing on the seventh, and that’s it as far as action from the day. No video clips from her presser. A grand total of three tweets and one Instagram post.
It has to get better and not by inches … by miles.

Love this from Gaby Lopez on continuing Lorena Ochoa's tradition of thanking the staff at an event, going to the kitchen or the maintenance building.
Dozens of staff came out to watch Lopez on the 10th this week at Sharon Heights.
"I feel that sometimes we don't value the amount of work put behind an event. We just show up and play golf, right?"
