some people are saying the point is to support the author so am I not going to support the author when I buy the physical book???? give me a break

@SergeTrigger That is an advantage if you leave your house a lot or if you travel a lot but that’s not me and honestly I understand why people get it for those reasons but I never had a good reason to buy one. That’s why I never owned one

No reason to be rude! I have never owned one, I looked it up and a lot of people were saying that books are more expensive, u don’t own them and they could take it away from your library any time they want etc.. I was completely respectful with everyone. This is uncalled for.

@mai_komagata it’s not a reason for it to be as expensive as physical books!! and the author would be paid for both a physical media and a digital media. also if a digital book is as expensive as a physical book people are just going to 🏴‍☠️ them

@kmixbye E-books are generally cheaper than regular books. Also, only self-published authors set their own price. I didn't set my price. And don't pirate, we fight to market our books for next to no return as it is.

@kmixbye If you want to legitimately read a book for nothing, use your local library. We still get royalties from them.
