@amenya_nelson In future there will be a massive interchange there and all those buildings will come down. Going to court is just kicking the can down the road, just like those around Naivas Donholm.

I don’t know the status of that land at the moment but all those buildings sit on a road reserve they were almost demolished but they went to court to block it. However, I’m sure one day the road will be built so anyone who intends to buy should be aware of this.
