@ThreeUKSupport I suspect it's happening because of an internal policy, e.g. pressure on your agents to respond to a certain number of calls etc. etc. which encourages them to disconnect at the drop of a hat.

@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on a support chat with your agents I'm typically busy doing support at the same time. Your agents often don't reply for several minutes but cut me off in around 4 minutes, even when I've informed them of the situation. Not good.

@sainsburys Thanks; the store was in Witney. There used to be tills with a human in addition to the horrid automated ones, but now all are automated. These are bad, but live video or weight-sensitive packing areas make them worse.

@sainsburys I went to one of your stores yesterday; it was only possible to pay a machine and, worse, one that showed me a live video of myself whilst I did so. This is very unpleasant and I'll avoid going back if at all possible.
