@Azure hi I’m sure it must be a glitch caused by the update, but can you please urgently look into the sudden 30x jump in resource costs on our non profit Azure subscription please?
@celleroOne@Azure Since the new billing system applied we just saw cost jump 30 times what they were, and a similar re calculation of previous costs. £300 went up to £9000
Is anyone having issues with @Azure billing? I have been over charged, and it is impossible to get any support from @Azure . The azure portal doesn't allow me to create any support ticket despite me pay $1000's to them. I have tried so many methods. My customer is suffering!

@HomeServeUK We’ve been without heat for 6 days. HomeServe booked an Engineer but they didn’t turn up first day and no one turned up this morning’s appointment either.
No one called to say what was happening.. I was promised another engineer by 14:00. Ref CAS-613538

@withplum hi just noticed your app made withdrawals I didn’t ask for or authorise. It created a direct debit for daily amounts all through December. Seems to be the default behaviour. How can this be acceptable if you are regulated?
