The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

I'm headed out of state for work tomorrow. The state I'm visiting requires CCW permits to carry, and does honor reciprocity with most other states CCWs. Except California. Why? Because California refuses to honor CCWs from any other state. So despite having one of the hardest CCW's to obtain in the entire country, I can't use it anywhere outside of California because @GavinNewsom and @AGRobBonta are complete assholes.

@MajToure Diego Garcia is a permanent “leased” U.S. base in the Indian Ocean. The lease is the “permission”. Also: Iran can send unguided missiles past its effective range with no payload . It s like sending a .223 3000 yards, won’t hit a target but it will land somewhere there.

To those unaware what this means, Dans talking about distance not being a deterrent. Meaning…. Britain gave the US a green light to use Diego Garcia for strikes against Iranian missile sites. Not long after that, Iran launched two missiles at that base. Neither hit HOWEVER… The base is 4,000 kilometers from Iran. Abbas Araghchi (Iranian Foreign Minister) said Tehran limited its missile range to 2,000 kilometers. But THOSE missiles flew TWICE the distance Iran claimed it could. Lesson? War is deception Solutionarys. Many believed distance was more of a safeguard than it is for European nations. Just as many believed our dope ass jets couldn’t get hit…. And one got smacked four hours after Trump said they couldn’t be. NOTHING is guaranteed.
