Musk won't give up. You won't be able to buy him for money. Not because he has so much of them, but because he primarily sees them as means to develop more products and ultimately take humans to Mars. Tesla does not pay worse than the agreements stipulate and follows the regulations. Had Tesla been a proven bad employer who broke rules and agreements, IF Metall's industrial action against the company would have been justified. Nu så, nu var IF Metall på plats. Fick en bra pratstund med dem, dock är det som vi alla har lyft, detta har inget med arbetsvillkor att göra. Det har bara att göra med att de just vill ha in sitt kollektivavtal som då också innebär Fora, SAF-LO och premie in till fackets kassa, samt bolagsinsyn och styrelseplatser. De säger rakt ut att även om Tesla har bättre avtal, eller skulle ha exakt samma villkor i sitt avtal som kollektivavtalet, så skulle facket inte acceptera detta, de accepterar bara SITT avtal. Vi pratar också om de oproportionerliga stödstrejkerna men facket tycker att det är OK att tredjepart drabbas… även att göra sina egna medlemmar arbetslösa tycker de är helt OK🤦🏼‍♂️ Kul att vara den medlem som blir offrad av sitt egna fackförbund😏

Har idag haft Teslas mobile service här hemma för att fixa haken för baksätet. Han hade mycket att stå i så hann inte prata så mycket, dock fick jag följande info: Det är precis så att det är ca 90% av de anställda som inte vill ha kollektivavtal. Deras inställning är att det generellt kommer bli sämre med ett kollektivavtal än vad de har idag. Det har också uppstått lite av en spricka mellan de som är med i facket och strejkar, och de som inte gör det. Som han uttryckte det ”det är de som egentligen inte passar på Tesla, de som inte är beredda att hugga i eller inte inte hänger med i Teslas tempo som också är de som mest önskar kollektivavtal” De vill helst att detta ska vara över så fort som möjligt så de kan köra på som vanligt men samtidigt, som han sa ”vi är inte redo att vika oss för facket” 😅Underbart att höra!👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻
