I gave birth at Mbagathi 13 years ago and we shared a bed. Two new moms plus 2 new borns. The chances of ending up with HAI was crazy, I was discharged without the necessary immunizations to avoid infections in the hospital. I had to go get the baby immunized elsewhere. Years later, situation is either the same or worse. Mind you that was 2013 when some of you decided to vote in the 2 killers and then went on to vote in the chief killer as president again in 2022. A damn shame!

Working in surgical unit can humble you sometime. Pt comes in from theatre with analgesics written in the file but they're unavailable in the hospital. A hospital Haina ketorolac, Haina tramadol, PCM IV is on/off, no Diclofenac IV....you can only get PCM oral. Pt anaanza kusikia uchungu anakulaumu wewe nurse uko hapo night shift.
