I ruined going out to eat for my family after I graduated from college in 2017.
Because what I made tasted better, was cheaper, usually faster, and it didn't make us sick afterwards.
The easiest win was pizza.
I've made over a thousand pizzas since I graduated in 2017.
It takes less than 5 minutes of work and you do something else for an hour while you wait for the dough to proof. You can make batches of dough and just have it chill out in your fridge for the week.
My go to recipe is 300g water, 500g of bread flour, 12.5g of salt, 10g of sugar, 3-5g of yeast, and if you feel like it 20g of oil.
That gets you 2- 14 to 16 inch pizzas or 4 personal size pizzas.
The same dough can make a pretty good loaf of bread, bread sticks, calzones, stombolis, etc.
Make your own food. It's 100x easier than you think.

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: Chud the Builder’s mugshot has been released.
Dalton Eatherly, the livestreamer known online as "Chud the Builder," has officially been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, after a confrontation outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville turned into a shootout Wednesday.
Both men were shot. Both are in stable condition.
The second man's identity hasn't been released, and investigators haven't confirmed what sparked the altercation or whether both were armed.
Just days earlier, Eatherly was arrested in Nashville for refusing to pay a $371 dinner tab at Bob's Steak & Chop House after staff asked him to stop livestreaming and making racial slurs at customers.
He's being held at Montgomery County Jail pending arraignment.

A man known locally as "Chud the Builder" for posting videos of himself hurling racial slurs at Black people opened fire outside a Tennessee courthouse Wednesday. Dalton Eatherly, 28, got into a confrontation in Clarksville's Millennium Plaza, fired three to four shots, and appears to have shot himself in the arm in the process. His victim was airlifted to a Nashville medical center in stable condition. I think it's awesome that they've made a premium product like this for the commemoration of the 30th Anniversary. Things like this are fun to share with others, leave out on a coffee table; excellent as a gift or display.
A very large share of genuine Pokémon fans don't think about TCG. Some are primarily fans of the games, shows, plushes, pins etc. That's part of what makes it a great franchise and hobby.
Also just to note, for the price, I've seen video game collectors edition products sell for much more, and not even include a game😅
I'm at least glad there's a book-only version for those who prefer. Really looking forward to getting the full box set and playmat though🙏
