@JagexSupport Hello! Wanted to reach out because I still haven’t received any email from jagex in regards to disabling the Authenticator as I don’t have access and that’s the only issue for logging. My user name is Sgtkody, I’ve submitted a ticket months ago and a new one today.

@JagexSupport So I’ve been doing this and still not receiving any type of email. Is there a way to confirm the registered email on the account? I’ve check junk/spam and made sure jagex wasn’t blocked and still not receiving emails on the email address that I used on my Sgtkody account.
