@Iberia Please ensure your check in teams know exactly what they are doing. I missed my flight and had a lot of issues including having to spend a night in Madrid, because somebody did the wrong thing

BA checkin couldn't check me in asks me to go to iberia, iberia lady checks my name and says I should've been checked in at the BA counter, however I have now missed my flight. Now, I booked a business class flight and I am an executive member (bronze I know NM)
